- Admins who are installing and configuring plugins
- Designers who are using the plugins to build dashboards and perform other tasks
- Viewers who are using the plugins as an analytics tool
Before you start
As part of the onboarding process, we need to complete some administrative tasks to ensure your Sisense server is correctly configured before you install and use the plugin.
- Provide Your Licensed User Information
- Navigate to Admin > App Configuration > License Utilization > License User to find the required details.
- Multiple Environments? Let Us Know
- If you have both a development and a production environment, please confirm whether they use different email addresses.
- Configuration and Timing
- Our team will review and configure everything on our end.
- ⚠️ This step must be completed before you proceed with installation.
Once we confirm that the setup is complete, you’ll be ready to install and start using the plugin. 🚀
