Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting guide is designed to help you quickly identify and resolve common issues that may arise while using Super Charts.

Why isn’t my chart displaying properly?
- Check your data columns: Make sure you’ve selected the required columns according to the onboarding instructions.
- Review chart settings: Ensure the correct columns are mapped to each section of the chart and that you're using a supported chart type.
- Check permissions: If some columns are restricted, confirm you have access to view all necessary data on the board.
Why doesn’t the chart reflect recent board changes?
Super Charts typically update automatically. If changes aren’t visible:
- Refresh your browser
- Recheck widget and dashboard filters—filters may be hiding new items or data points
Why don’t I see Super Charts in the widget center?
- Check installation: Confirm that Super Charts is fully installed from the Monday.com App Marketplace.
- Refresh the page: Sometimes a simple browser refresh is needed for newly added apps to appear.
What chart types are available?
Super Charts currently supports:
- Exploding Pie Chart
- Gauge Chart
- Heatmap Chart
- US Honeycomb Map
More chart types are on the roadmap—let us know what you’d like to see next!
Which column types are supported?
Super Charts supports the following column types:
- Name
- People
- Status
- Date
- Auto Number
- Country
- Hour
- Numbers
Does Super Charts support subitems?
Not yet—but subitem support is in active development and coming in a future update.
Can I export my chart?
Exporting isn’t available yet. If this feature is important to you, let us know! We prioritize development based on user needs.
