What is Report Studio?
Report Studio is a purpose-built report design layer inside Sisense. It gives your team a dedicated canvas for designing reports as reports — with page boundaries, print-aware layouts, and full visual control — rather than retrofitting a dashboard into an export.
Dashboards are built for exploration. Reports are built for communication. Report Studio is designed specifically for the second job.
The problem it solves
Sisense dashboards are built for interactive, on-screen analysis. When that same dashboard gets exported as a PDF, a scheduled report, or an Excel file, the layout that worked on screen doesn't translate to the page. Tables get cut off. Widgets overflow. Data that looked clear in the browser arrives truncated, resized, or missing.
The document that reaches an executive, a finance lead, or an external stakeholder doesn't always reflect the quality of the data behind it — and fixing it after the fact usually means time spent reassembling output in PowerPoint or Word instead of doing analysis.
