Hide Nav for Viewer
The Hide Nav for Viewer plugin hides the Sisense header for the users with role “Viewer”. All other user roles will be able to see the header.

Use Case
Users with the Viewer role have no access to most Sisense navigation features, in practice, they rarely see anything beyond the Analytics tab. This makes the navigation bar largely redundant for that audience.
This plugin is a good fit when you want to reduce visual noise by removing UI elements that Viewers can't interact with creates a cleaner, more focused experience.
It is recommended to use the Hide Nav for Viewers only when dashboards are embedded externally. See behaviors for viewers below.
Installation and configuration
The Hide Nav for Viewer plugin can be installed by an Admin, following the directions in Installing QBeeQ Plugins.
Operating system and version support:
- Linux - Latest
- Windows - Latest
Once the plugin is enabled, and the add-ons build has completed successfully, this plugin will apply the behavior automatically. No additional
Behavior for Viewers
- This plugin defines behavior globally for all dashboards within an environment.
- When installed, the following elements will no longer be visible
- Logo
- Navigation tab(s)
- User Profile icon
Because the User Profile icon is hidden, Viewers will not be able to sign out of Sisense using this mechanism.
Limitations
- The Hide Nav for Viewer plugin is not compatible with the Sisense left-side navigation feature
