Support
The QBeeQ Framework and QBeeQ plugins are supported by QBeeQ directly. We have our own ticketing system, separate from the Sisense Support Portal. However, depending on the issue, we may open a support ticket with Sisense, using the Support Portal, on your behalf.
QBeeQ Framework
The QBeeQ Framework tab is only available to Admin users
On the QBeeQ Framework tab, each plugin has an icon for Support
Click on the icon next to the plugin you need assistance with.
When clicked, the support form will load and pre-populate with the selected plugin.

The framework will also read from your environment and pre-populate the:
- Sisense version
- Framework version
- Plugin version
It is also help to have details about the issue, and any reproduction steps.

Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated email letting you know that we have your request and we will get back to you shortly.
For users that cannot access the Framework, Support can be reached by sending an email to support@qbeeq.io
When sending an email, please include:
- Sisense version
- Plugin name
- Plugin version
The plugin version can be found in the plugin’s Design Panel
It is also help to have details about the issue, and any reproduction steps, if available.
